Natal Information Submission Form

This form submits the birth information needed to cast and interpret your natal chart. After you complete the form, press "Submit" to go to the payment page. Your order is not complete and will not be processed until you have both submitted the form and purchased your report via our secure service, PayPal.

Effective immediately, natal readings will only be given over the phone or live online via Skype (a free service), at a time convenient for you. They will be recorded digitally on MP3 and made available to you. Further instructions will be e-mailed to you for your information and convenience. Unless otherwise notified/arranged, readings should be scheduled within 2 weeks of payment. To make the best use of your reading time, please specify what areas of life you are particularly interested in.

Ben Dykes will delineate your natal chart, providing you detailed information on such topics as personal happiness, finances, health, marriage/relationships, children, social standing, and profession. Readings also include a set of annual predictions for the most complete year based upon the current date. If your most recent birthday was less than 6 months ago, he will base his predictions on the year from that birthday to the next. If your most recent birthday was more than 6 months ago, he will base them on the next one.
